When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, and message. This data is sent via Web3Forms and used solely to respond to your enquiry.
We only collect data you actively submit. We do not create user profiles, and we do not enrich submissions with third-party marketing data.
Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile challenge checks and Web3Forms anti-spam protections to reduce abuse. We do not use ad tracking cookies.
Analytics
We use privacy-first analytics that do not use cookies, do not track individual users, and do not collect personal data.
Analytics data is aggregated and used to improve content quality, page performance, and directory usefulness. We do not use this data for ad retargeting.
We don't sell your data
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Contact submissions are retained for operational follow-up and quality control. We keep data only as long as it is needed to handle the request or maintain accurate directory records, then remove old records as part of routine maintenance.
Processors and third-party services
Form processing is handled by Web3Forms and bot protection by Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers process submitted form fields to deliver messages securely and reduce abuse. We do not authorize third-party providers to sell submitted personal data.
Cookies
This site uses a single localStorage preference to remember your language selection (English or Portuguese). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Browser language preference is stored locally so your selected language persists between visits. This preference is not used for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.
